Red Feet.

Teal Pancho Thingy - Forever 21
Red Moccasins - Minnetonka
Black Shorts - Forever 21
Scarf - Thrifted

So I'm sorry that this post is a week late. My computer charger died so I've been without one for a while (so sad). Anyways, this outfit is very simple and so comfy. I had just gotten home from work and Zachary and I were going to just go over to my aunts and possibly go thrifting (which didn't happen because we started water color painting at my aunts house), so this outfit was nice and comfortable and perfect for just doing nothing.

I actually thrifted the red moccasins. They had never even been worn when I bought them about two years ago, and they have held together so well. The only thing is that they turn my feet red when I wear them, but I don't mind and I find it humorous.

Poison Ivy

Red Boots- $10.00
Cheetah Leggings- $2.00
Ann Taylor Cardigan- $15.00
Black Button Up- $2.00

My entire outfit cost about 30 bucks. Bargain shopping gives me such a thrill. I would go every day if I could. Who could pass up a $2.00 pair of cheetah leggings???The sun was so harsh today. After going to three different spots, we decided to just use the side of an old abandoned gas station because it was shaded from the sun.

Anyways, today has been very relaxed. We got in late from a hockey game last night, so a lazy homework day was needed.

So, yeah. Blogging, homework, editing, playing with cats, coffee, and The Oscars later. It's a good day.

Bleachers.

**I apologize to everyone for the lack of posts lately. Especially my mom because she is probably my only reader.**

So...sad news. I ripped the tights. I'm going to have to get another pair ASAP! I loved wearing them. They were cute and edgy. The perfect combo for leather or sweaters. They also went well with my hockey jersey for Saturday night games. Oh well...

Anyways, my ASOS dress came from.....UNCLAIMED BAGAGE(local thrifty place) and was a total of 15 bucks. How awesome is that? My leather jacket??? Forever 21. It cost 5 bucks. Yeah, it was a half off clearance sale that I just happened to be at. Oh, and the tights... STORENVY.com. I think they came from China, they were 10 bucks. So thats $30.00 for the outfit. Yeah.

Btw guys, hockey is fantastic and I'll be writing a post on it soon. I have one saved in my drafts from like two weeks ago but I've been busy with school and work so I've barely had time to do anything other than sleep and breathe.

I went to a random wedding.

VELVET HEADBAND, American Apparel-$1.00
BLACK LACE DRESS, Thrifted-$8.00
BLACK BIKER COTTON JACKET, Thrifed-$2.00
BLACK LEATHER ANKLE BOOTS, Thrifted-$35.00

GRAND TOTAL= $46.00

Today I attended Zach's cousins wedding who married one of his good friends. It was so random because I didn't even know about it until last night. So when he said "Do you want to go to a wedding tomorrow?" I automatically started scheming up my outfit.

This little number was perfect. Since it was freezing while we were shooting, I could only manage one photo of the lace on the dress. After that I quickly put my jacket back on. Once we got inside the church it was warm enough to go without it.

It's been a little over three weeks since I had my breast reduction surgery (I will be writing a post on the surgery very soon), and I am proud to say that this is the first backless or "see through back" dress I have ever been able to wear. I loved it. I felt elegant and sexy for the first time.

My dress and the jacket were both thrift finds. The velvet headband is from American Apparel, but I only paid $1.00 for it with the tags still on it at my all time favorite store, Unclaimed Baggage. The boots were also from Unclaimed. Have I mentioned how much I love that place?

Little town, it's a quiet village

There is a tiny town in the middle of no where called Gorham's Bluff. It's a little community complete with their own post office on the top of a mountain with about 25 unique quant houses. Since my boyfriend, Zach, lives about five minutes from it, we decided to have todays shoot there.

This outfit is made up of so many thrifty finds I don't even know where to begin. My sweater is actually a mens sweater I found at a local treasure shop called Unclaimed Baggage. My shoes, scarf, purse, leggings and jewelry all came from the same store.

The hat is way too old to even begin to figure out where it came from. It's just always been lying around the house. I thought it was my great grandfathers, but my mom says it's my brothers and my dad said it was my uncles, and my brother doesn't even know where it came from, so oh well.

This entire outfit probably cost around $40.00. Thank you Unclaimed Baggage.

CHICTOPIA

I just freaked out a little. My outfit post made it to the front of the CHICTOPIA page today! I think that it possible made my day. I needed something good to happen because this head ache of mine doesn't seem to want to go away. Well, I hope everyone is having as good of a day as me! WEEEEE!!!

Stepping on Nuts.

Dress-ASOS
Jacket-ZARA
Shoes-JEFFREY CAMPBELL

I have had a LOOKBOOK account for almost 3 years now and I've never had an outfit post I've been proud of until now. I'm still not 100% happy with it because our lighting was terrible, but it's a good step up from what I've had in the past. I barely posted looks because I never had a tripod or anyone to take my photo. And when I would get someone to take it for me I felt awkward which as a result, gave me awkward photos. Now that I am a photographer and my boyfriend has also gotten into taking photos with me. We have photographed lots of sessions together, from weddings to babies. So now we can go out and take the kind of photographs I've always wanted to have. I don't feel awkward around him, so it kinda just works. Look forward to seeing more of what is hanging in my closet.
