Sweat Pants and Heels

Green Sweat Pants - Forever 21
Heels- Jeffrey Campbell
Fuzzy Scarf - ASOS
So everything that is not listed above was thrifted.

I felt like I should have been mountain climbing in this outfit. Except there is no way I could ever even imagine it in my Jeffrey Campbells. Zachary and I went to the bluff to take these photos. We were racing against the sun for light, but they turned out great. I think I made him nervous standing so close to the edge in heels but I can handle myself, haha.

This denim shirt came from a local thrift store....I'm guessing....I can't really remember which one it came from. Oh well.
I paired wooden and brown jewelry to give the outfit more of an earthy woodsy feel.

Wondering.

Hippy Shirt - Purple Haze $20.00
Jeans - Forever 21 $10.00
Vest - Borrowed from my Aunt.

This is the end result of how I look after a long day working at a coffee shop. Normally I throw on a sweat shirt for fear of spilling coffee on my good clothes, but I couldn't do it today. After work I visited my aunt Yota and we decided to have a little photo shoot for fun. She did a fantastic job. It was quite chilly outside but we braved through it.

After I got home, Zach and I had to go to a local restaurant and take photos for The Young Republicans of Northeast Alabama meeting that my brother hosted. Event photography is a blast.

Now it's time for homework, coffee, and a movie.
Goodnight :)

Poison Ivy

Red Boots- $10.00
Cheetah Leggings- $2.00
Ann Taylor Cardigan- $15.00
Black Button Up- $2.00

My entire outfit cost about 30 bucks. Bargain shopping gives me such a thrill. I would go every day if I could. Who could pass up a $2.00 pair of cheetah leggings???The sun was so harsh today. After going to three different spots, we decided to just use the side of an old abandoned gas station because it was shaded from the sun.

Anyways, today has been very relaxed. We got in late from a hockey game last night, so a lazy homework day was needed.

So, yeah. Blogging, homework, editing, playing with cats, coffee, and The Oscars later. It's a good day.

I went to a random wedding.

VELVET HEADBAND, American Apparel-$1.00
BLACK LACE DRESS, Thrifted-$8.00
BLACK BIKER COTTON JACKET, Thrifed-$2.00
BLACK LEATHER ANKLE BOOTS, Thrifted-$35.00

GRAND TOTAL= $46.00

Today I attended Zach's cousins wedding who married one of his good friends. It was so random because I didn't even know about it until last night. So when he said "Do you want to go to a wedding tomorrow?" I automatically started scheming up my outfit.

This little number was perfect. Since it was freezing while we were shooting, I could only manage one photo of the lace on the dress. After that I quickly put my jacket back on. Once we got inside the church it was warm enough to go without it.

It's been a little over three weeks since I had my breast reduction surgery (I will be writing a post on the surgery very soon), and I am proud to say that this is the first backless or "see through back" dress I have ever been able to wear. I loved it. I felt elegant and sexy for the first time.

My dress and the jacket were both thrift finds. The velvet headband is from American Apparel, but I only paid $1.00 for it with the tags still on it at my all time favorite store, Unclaimed Baggage. The boots were also from Unclaimed. Have I mentioned how much I love that place?
